FTS President Matt Mann recognized Steve Sparks, former Florida Air Conditioning Apprenticeship Association (FACAA) President, as being a key contributor in arranging the merger of FACAA with FTS in 2025. Kelly McCann of CMi Air Conditioning & Electrical, a long-time HVAC instructor at FACAA and PBACCA advocate, also received special recognition for his assistance with the transition, teaching this year and upcoming retirement.
